Our team

Tomasz is the founder of Twinstake and of Nethermind, an Ethereum client solutions provider; he is an Ethereum core developer, and member of Flashbots. As well as being a founder and CEO in the digital asset space, Tomasz has experience working in large financial institutions having previously spent time at Citi.

Andrew is a senior finance professional offering over 15 years of experience in finance and risk management. He has worked in both digital assets start-ups and at large international financial institutions. Prior to joining Twinstake, Andrew spent 10 years at JP Morgan.

Dmitry has over 14 years of experience in the Alternative Investment industry. Before joining Twinstake, Dmitry was Head of Infrastructure and Cyber Security at Rokos Capital Management. Before that Dmitry held various positions in the hedge fund industry, including at Brevan Howard.

Tara brings extensive crypto expertise after 4 years at crypto compliance firm Elliptic where she worked across product, delivery and technical crypto advisory. Prior to this she led product for a cold storage trading firm and a crypto securities lending platform as well as within Corporate and Institutional Digital at HSBC.

Joaquin brings derivatives, structured products and financial solutions expertise from his 15-year sales career across several tier1 investment banks, including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. He has also led the institutional sales & product effort at crypto baskets exchange Trakx.io.

Sean is a CISO and a software engineering leader. He has worked at multiple FinTech companies including most recently within a leadership position at cryptocurrency exchange, Kraken. His technical specialties include Identity Management and Cloud Native Computing.
