Tomasz Stańczak

CEO

Tomasz is the founder of Nethermind, an Ethereum client solutions provider; he is an Ethereum core developer, and member of Flashbots. As well as being a founder and CEO in the digital asset space, Tomasz has experience working in large financial institutions having previously spent time at Citi.

Andrew Gibb

CFO / COO

Andrew is a senior finance professional offering over 15 years of experience in finance and risk management. He has worked in both digital assets start-ups and at large international financial institutions. Prior to joining Twinstake, Andrew spent 10 years at JPMorgan.

Dmitry Bykov

Head of Infrastructure

Dmitry has over 14 years of experience in the Alternative Investment industry. Before joining Twinstake, Dmitry was Head of Infrastructure and Cyber Security at Rokos Capital Management. Before that Dmitry held various positions in the hedge fund industry, including at Brevan Howard.

Eliot Stock

CPO

Eliot has 25 years’ software development experience spanning web2, mobile, embedded systems, operating systems, crypto and DeFi. Eliot has four start-ups behind him and has worked as a product manager at Google in the Android team.

Sean Turner

CISO

Sean is a CISO and a software engineering leader. He has worked at multiple FinTech companies including most recently within a leadership position at cryptocurrency exchange, Kraken. His technical specialties include Identity Management and Cloud Native Computing.

Valentin Mihov

CSO

Valentin has extensive strategy and growth experience having worked as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman on over 25 projects in the capital markets space. His main focus was tech and market infrastructure providers along with buy-side clients.
